We are Aliona and Simone, and we chose to escape the bustle of Milan to land on this marvelous island and start fresh, combining our skills to create a revolutionary business. A dream that becomes reality by taking care of others.
What did we do before moving to Fuerteventura? Aliona, originally from Moldova and a fashion consultant, lived in Milan’s famous Fashion Quadrilateral for 20 years. Simone is an architect with strong ties to Milan, a city that has been a constant source of inspiration for him.
Fuertevivir is a project born from the desire to live life to the fullest and with passion, hence its name. Something unique, innovative and driven by the desire to live and travel in environments capable of offering happiness and hospitality. This led us to strive to improve the quality of hospitality in Fuerteventura. Aliona’s daily interest and attention to aesthetics blend with Simone’s care for detail and design. From this combination, new ideas, experiences, renovations, and dream homes for grand-style holidays are born!

Custom-furnished with a Japanese wardrobe, Moroccan lamps and mirrors and typical Indonesian objects to create a sophisticated and unique atmosphere.

Situated on the first floor of a residential building in the heart of Puerto del Rosario, the capital of Fuerteventura, this three-room flat includes a living area, two bedrooms, and a bathroom, ideal for up to 4 people.
A fully renovated space, located in a strategic area of the island, it is just a 10-minute walk from Playa Chica and close by to supermarkets, shops, restaurants and a pharmacy. Additionally, the airport it’s only 15 minutes away by car.
The accommodation is ideal for remote workers, couples, and families who wish to spend both short and long stays on this magical island.
The space is custom-furnished with revamped vintage elements combined with design details that create the perfect atmosphere for those seeking the right balance between originality and functionality. The soft tones of grey, dusty blue, and natural wood convey a sense of comfort that contributes to the relaxation of both body and mind.

Located in La Caleta, Parque Holandés, it’s just 5 minutes from the dunes of Corralejo and 15 minutes from Puerto del Rosario. Surrounded by desert, it offers a wonderful view of the ocean, Monte Roja, and the island of Lobos.
The complex where it is located has a pool, basketball court, football field, and a play area for children. The bedroom is the highlight of this accommodation, where an Indonesian mandala coexists with an 18th-century Piedmontese mirror and a 1960s piece from the renowned designer Gio Ponti.

Over the years, I’ve been involved in interior architecture, design, renovations and consulting for major projects. My background has prevented me from considering every creative act as an end in itself. Instead, when I think of a project, I immediately concern myself with how to make it a reality. Architecture can become a form of art, and I like to draw from and be influenced by various disciplines to then reinterpret them in my own language.
Every project must tell a story to acquire value and be unique. This is precisely why I handle the Fuertevivir accommodations. In each of them, I see something magical and try to transform it to provide that originality capable of arousing beautiful emotions for everyone to experience.
Casa Origo Mare
In the vibrant heart of Fuerteventura, a passionate and design-loving client entrusted us with the mission to transform their home. Their vision was clear: they wanted a house that was not only beautiful but also reflected the lively spirit of the island, with refined solutions and bespoke furnishings that optimised every space. This request became the core of our project, guiding us through every phase of the renovation.
As designer in charge, I paid particular attention to the study of spaces and the selection of materials and colours to evoke the wild nature and lively atmosphere of the island. The use of dusty blue, white, grey, and touches of terracotta allowed us to create an environment where every corner reflects the island’s vitality. Distinctive elements, such as solid oak wood slats, are found throughout the house, from furniture to accessories, culminating in the splendid outdoor pergola that offers a breathtaking view of the sunsets.
The project also required careful management of the works, completed in a record time of less than six months. As general contractor, I selected and coordinated a team of professionals to ensure that every detail, from the demolition of old furniture to the renovation of the bathroom and the creation of all custom furnishings, was executed with precision and quality.
